Digital Bear Consulting was founded in April 1997 with the purpose of bringing small and medium sized companies to the internet. Dale Brearcliffe - daleb@digital-bear.com
Dale Brearcliffe has been the president of Digital Bear Consulting since its founding in 1997. He has over nineteen years experience in database design and over eight years experience in web site design and web content development. Previous to Digital Bear Consulting, he worked for fourteen years in information management, database design and crime analysis for law enforcement agencies. He has taught classes in Internet research methodology for law enforcement, technology companies recruiting staff and the Department of Homeland Security. He has a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science. (Resume)

Donna Scanlon has over sixteen years experience in the HR industry in the areas of staffing, compensation, employee relations, stock plan administration and EEO compliance. Eight of her sixteen years in HR were dedicated to working in HRIS on three PeopleSoft implementations, one SAP implementation, and building a data warehouse at Disney (in advance of other systems to prepare for deployment of new HRIS products). She has also implemented a HR data warehouse at 3Com, supported applicant tracking systems at Seagate Technology and 3Com, streamlined and re-engineered processes at Cadence Design Systems and prepared for Y2K at Cadence. She has a Bachelor Degree in Management with emphasis in Computer Science and Human Resources. (Resume)

Donna Gettner, PHR, CIR is an HR professional with over eleven years of HR experience, eight of those in the area of Staffing.  Donna's staffing experience includes expertise in designing internet recruiting strategies, internet recruiting, electronic applicant tracking and process development. Additionally, Donna develops and delivers workshops on Internet Recruiting, Resume Preparation, Interviewing Techniques, and Affirmative Action. She has a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Administration, a Professional Human Resource Certification and an Advanced Internet Recruiting Strategies Certification. (Resume)

Donna Zack, PHR, is an HR professional with over six years of experience in Staffing and HR Information Systems. Donna's experience includes development of strategies for corporate Diversity programs, preparation and analysis of Affirmative Action Plans, EEO compliance, diversity recruiting, university relations, internet recruiting and electronic applicant tracking. She has also provided project management, functional operational support, analysis and design for HR applications utilizing PeopleSoft and Lotus Notes in the areas of Benefits, Compensation, HR data transactions, Payroll, Staffing and Stock Plan Administration. She recently completed a Bachelor Degree in Management with a 4.0 cumulative GPA. (Resume)
