They also claim to have more jobs than Monster and HotJobs combined. They are unique in that they display each job with the same look and feel as found on the employer's site. Job postings are done for free and can be both manual and by pulling all jobs from your web site.
Note: Looks like they are ready for large companies. We were told that they had to do a bit of reprogramming to accomodate crawling large sites.
