Passive Candidates
(www.passive-candidates.com)
Containing over 25,000 resumes, this site is for resume exchanges. The idea is that you submit a URL pointing to a resume and they give you thirty resumes, based on your geographic and boolean requirements. Since its easy to find a resume on the Internet, the cost for your thirty resumes (your time searching) is small. Despite this, we'd like to see 100 resumes returned as we think this is a better balance. This is a good effort leveraging the strength of the Internet by turning visitors into virtual employees who enhance the size of their data base. (Reviewed September 2006)
